Finally a cost effective and low risk solution to having the right pole at the right time!!!  Here are the details…

  • Pole Rental = $70/month/pole
  • Purchase a subscription for any number of poles using the pole rental app PVR.
    • Never used PVR?  No problem!  You can follow the steps on the PVR Poster located by the rental rack at RISE.
  • UNLIMITED Exchanges* using the PVR app.  This means if you need to trade in your pole for a new one, no problem, and no extra cost.
  • Cancel at anytime from your PVR appt.  Your rental contract is month to month, so if you find you don’t need a pole for the next month, just cancel your subscription.
  • Upgrade to more poles or downgrade to less poles at any time using your PVR app.  Again your contract is month to month.

How does it work?

Step 1:  Come in to RISE.  Currently we are UNABLE to offer ONLINE rentals or reservations.  You must use the PVR App.  If you would like to check our current pole availability, you can click the button below.

Step 2:  Find your poles. Find the poles you want in the Rental Rack.

Step 3:  Tap the PVR Pole Tag of the pole that you would like to rent.

Step 4:  Follow the PVR in app prompts.  Looking to rent for the first time?  Exchanging a pole?  Terminating your subscription? PVR can take you though all rental scenarios.

FAQs

How do I rent a pole with PVR?

  1. Download the PVR app.  CLICK HERE or search in the app/google play store.
  2. Create an account using your email or phone number.  NOTE: If you are a school sharing an account with your athletes, USE YOUR EMAIL.
  3. Just tap your phone to the PVR Pole Tag of the pole(s) you would like to rent located on the pole vaulting pole.  Once it scans, press the notification that pops up.
    TIP: Struggling to tap? Shake your phone to bring up the tag reader. Also, below is a grey area showing which part of your particular phone should tap the tag.  
  4.  You will then be brought to your cart.  If you would like to add more poles, just keep tapping the poles that you would like.  If you want to remove poles from your cart, just swipe left. Once your cart is filled with the poles you want, press ‘Next’.
  5. Select your billing interval.  This is the amount of time that you would like your subscription set up for and how often you will be billed while you have the pole. Press ‘Select’.
  6. Read through the ‘Checkout’ page to make sure that everything is correct. If it is, press ‘Confirm’.
  7. Enter your payment info and pay.
  8. You are now returned to the ‘My Poles’ page where you can view the poles that you are currently renting.

How do I RETURN my poles in PVR?

  1. Open your PVR app.
  2. Press the ‘Return’ icon in the top right corner.
  3. Report if you have any damaged or missing poles.
  4. Tap your phone to the poles that you will be returning.  Press ‘Next’.
  5. Confirm that the information is correct.
  6. Tap your phone to the ‘Return Tag’ located on the PVR POSTER located by the rental rack at RISE.
  7. Confirm that you have no poles rented on the ‘My Poles’ page.

How do I ADD POLE(S) to my subscription in PVR?

  1. Open your PVR app, or just tap the pole you would like to ADD with your phone.
  2. You will be brought to a screen asking if you want to Swap or ADD POLES.  Select ADD POLES.
  3. You should now see the pole you would like to add in your ‘Cart’. Press ‘Next’  NOTE:  If you would like to take more poles you can tap them here.
  4. Since you already have a billing interval you will need to rent poles with the same billing interval. Press ‘Okay’  NOTE:  If you want to have a different billing interval for this pole you can log out and create a new account using either your phone number or email (whichever one you didn’t use on your original account).
  5. Read to make sure everything is correct.  Press ‘Confirm’.
  6. You are now returned to the ‘My Poles’ page where you can view the poles that you are currently renting.

How do I SWAP (exchange) a pole(s) in PVR?

  1. Open your PVR app, or just tap the pole you would like to swap for with your phone.
  2. You will be brought to a screen asking if you want to SWAP or Add Poles.  Select SWAP.
  3. On the ‘Poles Taken’ page, confirm that the pole you are TAKING WITH YOU is correct.  Press ‘Next’.  NOTE:  If you would like to take more poles you can tap them here.
  4. Now tap your phone to the tag of the pole that you are RETURNING. Press ‘Next’.  NOTE: If you are leaving more poles you can tap them here.
  5. Read to make sure everything is correct.  Press ‘Confirm’.
  6. You are now returned to the ‘My Poles’ page where you can view the poles that you are currently renting.

I am a coach at a school and want to rent poles for my athletes. How do I do that with PVR?

No problem!  First you will need to set up an EMAIL account for you and your athletes to share.  It’s important to to an EMAIL account instead of a phone number, because email accounts are easier to share.  Once you have your account made, you can share that log in information with your athletes.  If you would like to ever change your password, it is easily done inside the app.

How do I know that my pole has been returned?

Easy!  You just open your PVR app and you can see all the poles that you are currently paying for on the ‘My Poles’ screen.  NOTE: you will continue to be charged on the billing interval you have selected until the pole(s) is returned via the PVR app and your ‘My Poles’ screen shows that you have no poles rented.

How long can I rent a pole for?

You can rent your pole for as long as you would like!  At RISE you have two options, a monthly rental for $70/month or a 5 day rental for $25.  If you are going to go over that amount of time, no worries, keep it as long as you want.  The card you have loaded into PVR will be charged the same amount every time that billing cycle starts over.

How many poles can I rent at a time?

You can rent as many as you like!

Can I reserve poles and pick them up later?

Right now, we are a first come first serve operation.  You come in open your PVR app and start tapping poles that you would like to rent.  If you are driving from a long ways away and need to make sure that the pole you need is available, you can visit this LINK to see a live inventory of our rental poles.  If you email support@risepolevault.com, there is a chance that they could set something aside for you, but there is absolutely no prepayment option, so you must use your PVR app to rent the pole(s) when you come in to pick it up.

When does my pole need to be returned?

Your subscription starts when you check it out via your PVR app.  You can confirm this by looking at the ‘My Poles’ screen to see the poles that you currently are paying for.  You can keep your pole as long as you want, but you will continue to be charged on the billing interval you have selected until it is returned via the PVR app and your ‘My Poles’ screen shows that you have no poles rented.

What happens if my pole is damaged, broken, missing, or stolen?

Unfortunately these things sometimes happen.  If your pole is damaged, broken, missing, or stolen, you will start the return process by selecting the ‘return cart’ in the top right corner.  Select that it is missing when prompted, and the card you have on file will be charged the replacement fee.  We encourage you to thoroughly read the Rental Agreement.  If your pole is damaged, broken , or stolen, you are responsible for the replacement fee which is $200.

What happens if I don’t get my pole back on time?

If you do not get your pole back in time, you will be charged for another rental period of the billing interval you selected.  Either 5 days or one month.

How do I know if RISE has the pole I need?

You can check the status of a pole by clicking the button above, this LINK, or checking our rental rack at RISE.  If you do not see the pole you need, or the one you need is checked out, you may inquire about RISE possibly purchasing it for you to rent by emailing support@risepolevault.com.

Can I let my friends borrow my pole?

No.  Only the person who has signed the rental contract is allowed to use the pole.  If you are sharing this pole with people who have not signed the rental contract, your rental privileges may be revoked.

How do I transport my pole?

We require that our poles are transported in a hard sided container.  If you do not have one, you can get a corrugated tubing section at basically any hardware store for very cheap.
