Our facility is available for teams looking for a dedicated pole vault training space. Rentals are to be used for structured team practices.

We offer flexible rental durations to accommodate different needs:

• 2-hour rentals
• Half-day rentals
• Full-day rentals

Rentals include access to:

• Pole vaulting poles, pits, and runways 
• Automatic replay system for technical review
• 75m five lane sprint track
• Training tools (bungees, sleds, speed hurdles, etc.)
• Weight room
• Lounge with TV

Personal poles are welcome, and limited storage space is available for ongoing rentals.

We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Short-notice rentals may be accommodated based on availability.

Yes, all external organizations (such as schools, clubs, or teams) must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming RISE Pole Vault LLC as an additional insured.

Yes, in addition to providing the organization’s COI, each participant must sign the Waiver of Liability which can be found HERE.  This link will also be included in your confirmation email so you can send to all the participants prior to arriving on the rental date. .

 Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the time slot.

Yes, parents and spectators are welcome to watch from our designated viewing area, but they may not enter the training space or interfere with practice.

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own coach or trainer. However, they must be experienced in pole vault safety protocols. If needed, we can provide an on-site RISE coach for an additional fee.

If you encounter any facility-related issues (equipment concerns, injuries, or emergencies), please notify a RISE staff member immediately. Emergency contact details and emergency procedures will be provided upon rental confirmation.
